Find your camp
Search for your camp on PlanCamps and click “Is this your camp? Verify it”. All we ask for is your name, role and a work email.
Help parents discover your camp
PlanCamps lists 9,919 summer camps and shows parents the ones within driving distance of home, week by week. Claiming your listing is free and takes a few minutes. Verified listings show parents the facts came from you.
How claiming works
Prove it's yours
Your email has to be on the same domain as your camp's website — no passwords, no paperwork. We send a one-time link to that address.
Confirm the facts
The link opens a form pre-filled with what we have: dates, ages, hours, before/after care, prices, registration timing and a description. Fix anything that's wrong and submit.
Go live as ● Verified
A moderator reviews the changes, and your listing gets the ● Verified mark. You get a sign-in to keep it current and a one-click “still right for 2027” each season.
The Verified on PlanCamps badge
Verified camps get a badge to put on their own website — it links straight back to your PlanCamps listing, so parents can see you're confirmed and find you when they plan. Copy the code from your operator portal.
Sponsorship: how it works
Verified camps can sponsor their listing. Sponsorship lifts you above closer Verified camps that haven't sponsored within 10 miles of the parent, and can offer you in a parent's empty schedule week your camp runs. Parents see at most three Promoted camps per search; when more sponsor, each search draws three at random, nearest first. Every sponsored listing is labelled Promoted.
90-second demo with sample camps: how a parent searches, where a Verified camp 5 miles away lands, then Tier 1 (top of the search) and Tier 2 (also offered in the schedule). Music: “Carefree” by Kevin MacLeod (CC BY 4.0).
Run more than one camp?
Operators with more than 5 camp locations can sponsor them together — one agreement, one invoice, volume pricing. Write to info@plancamps.com and tell us how many locations you run and where; we'll come back with enterprise pricing.
